Thanks to those who have contacted Officemax about this to get it fixed. I'll wait until they get the site fixed, and it sounds like those who ordered early assuming it would work will be able to get their orders manually credited.

HAHAHA. Yeah, I know. But think of this way--it may be more motivation for her to get them to solve the problem. I personally am going to wait a little bit to see if they solve the problem before going this route.

Emily is generally the only one who is responding to general inquiries anyway. Though I do think it's unfortunate everyone wants to contact her directly rather than patiently wait. The issue's been reported, parties are aware, hopefully a resolution is in short order. After that is when I intend to make contact again to request manual credit.

Good news.

But this certainly seems like a case where waiting is best. Too much can go wrong (or slow) with manual postings (ex: cartera). I'd give them a while, wait for the page to be fixed. If it's still not working a month from now, then I;d contact her to place the manual order.

Before contacting Emily, here is the latest email from her:

"I was informed today that the issue should be resolved by this evening if you
notice that it is not please let us know."

So there ya go!

It's great that it's fixed, but I was one of the people (fools?) who put in an order already. I emailed customer service using their web form explaining the situation and asking for the miles to be manually added. We'll see what they say.
