Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
booked standard room using the chase free night certificate & received an upgrade to a corner studio suite....great views of manhattan with floor to ceiling windows all across the room....
How are the rooms?
decent sized studio suite....basically 1 huge room with an extendable divider to separate the living area from the sleeping area....one bathroom....great view of the city, thanks to the huge windows all across the room....
How is the exec. lounge?
no lounge....
What was your welcome gift?
4 small pieces of dark chocolate....
Did you receive fruit in the room?
yes....fruit, nuts & water....
What was good and what was bad?
location is excellent from a tourist point of view....the subway is just below the hotel & it's a direct line for me with 2 stops to my client's office so it works out very well for me....
very nice room....
free minibar but only limited to beverages....
staff was very helpful....
nothing bad about the stay....
Value for $ or Priority Club Points?
room rates were around $400 a night so the chase free night made it good value to money....
