Fine.
How are the rooms?
Tactic these days is get the RA upgrade to corner suite - the Club lounge is great but there's far better food outside and I'm not really a big breakie person.

Fruit and water,teddy bear,elephant , sarong (3 stays alternating with HI next door -both hotels had 4000 point promos )
What was good and what was bad?
Good:
-Good upgrade
-All RA benefits honored
Bad:
not much - does seem to be a change of management though over the past year or so.
