Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes. First stay as an RA. Had two consecutive bookings: one paid, one on points.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked lowest possible and received a junior suite on a low floor.

How are the rooms?
The junior suite is essentially a very large corner king. Nice floor to ceiling windows spanning two walls, but view was somewhat poor (one side facing the parking lot). Large bathroom, but poor water pressure in shower and sink.

How is the exec. lounge?
Small, but very good. Good breakfast and evening selection. I've read good things about Luis on this forum, and I can wholeheartedly support them.

What was your welcome gift?
Fruit and water, plus a piece of chocolate.

What was good and what was bad?
This is a hotel that always gives club access to RAs. Minibar was well stocked. Staff was excellent. I especially liked the personalized letters that was in my room upon arrival. Nothing bad.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Great value, would definitely return.
