1) Yes. DBS does not discriminate Thru online internet banking if you have any POSB / DBS account. Almost instant decision / approval.

2) Anything as long as thru online web portals. Even paying bills via Vpost / Starhub, buying gift cards and vouchers.

Note - 10x points only for 1st $2k spend per CALENDAR month.
