EDIT: US offers an off-peak window of Jan 15 - Feb 28 at 35k miles round trip and could be routed ROC-PHL-LHR // FCO-PHL-ROC. It would be 30k with the US credit card.
The issue in October time could be more towards rainy, colder time in UK, Paris and Italy. This is why I was thinking late Aug or early September.

What is UR bossiness card? Does it better than sapphire? Also how would I get the $50 offer from united/chase offer? I do not see that in the offer. Appreciate the help.
