I would be careful about this. The thing that's at issue essentially is the crotch thing--and only you know the deal there, OP. Could it be an accidental grazing of some kind or something? If there is any doubt, perhaps give the FA the benefit of the doubt... this is serious stuff and unless you're sure, I would leave it alone.
