Whenever I talk to a GA, I always ask if I can grab them coffee or water or the like. 99.9% of the time they say no, but the 0.1% who take me up on the offer are very appreciative. While it certainly doesn't give me an upgrade, it makes me happy that I was able to make someone's day just a tiny bit better.
Be extra kind over the holidays-the kettles are out in full force and the GAs take the brunt of their anger. An extra smile or thank you to a front-line agent can go a long way. ^
