Pfft
- Booked T+, scored some eupgrades points from a colleague and upgraded the 1st 3 legs.
I have used the same trick on my YYC-YVR-LAX-YYZ-YOW
- I usually give candy to the crew on TATL or TPAC flights & decided that as I was going to be on the same aircraft for 10 hrs that counted as long haul.
I always end up making the donations to the concierge
- The SD, the other FAs & the cockpit crew were all very appreciative and I got even better service than usual in J. They were all amazed that I was flying the same aircraft to/from LAS and expressed gratitude for my loyalty to AC.
- The return leg to YYZ was flown by none other than Capt Doug Morris and after mentioning to the SD that I had never flown on a flight piloted by a celebrity before and have been reading his column for years, I was offered an autographed copy of his book and got to meet him briefly.
Jelouse! An invite into the cockpit would have been epic!
