FRA should have gound services to meet passengers. A few weeks ago was met by FRA ground services. BRU is a different story, a gaggle of people meet the plane, but no one is interested in F passengers.
Thats what my previous experience was as well, but no one from premium service was there this time. I guess BRU is like LHR, also nothing but then thats what I exect when I arrive at LHR. The absence of the service in FRA threw me off a bit.
