my earlier question about just how many big snowploughs they actually have at UK airports.
MUC do at least some of the snow-clearing with lots of bog-standard tractors w/ snowplough blades attached... definitely not as fancy at the kit up at ARN but it seems to work most of the time.
So much for needing "specialist equipment" that LHR can't afford...
