I don't quite understand them. Upgraded rooms cost them nothing except for perhaps marginally more housekeeping time. So why would they be so harsh to their Diamond members (assuming they do have availability)? They think by rejecting the Diamond an upgrade is going to bring him back more to their location or what?
Their owners can't be stupid, so what am I missing here?
