DL has SINGLE flat-bed BE seats, and ALL BE seats have direct aisle access. KE has either 2-2-2 (A380s) or even 2-3-2 on the 744/777s in Prestige. Not having to deal with a seatmate trying to cross over you, or yourself having to cross over someone to go to the lav, or even just having a seatmate in the first place, is a big advantage for DL flights (for me).
