OTA was Expedia.de. No notice of cancellation was given at any point. I just noticed it when I tried I check in online and it gave me a message that ticket was cancelled, hence yesterday's post. When I left for the trip (we wanted to visit and made a 1.5 week trip of it), everything was confirmed and fine. I even got the pre-trip confirmation email from x.de.
Do I have any recourse for reimbursement of costs & more importantly, miles?
