$10 CB for $100 Mastercard GC at bay area Safeway
Just saw this in bay area Safeway, 100x6% (Amex BCP)+$10 coupon-$5.95 fee=$10, not too bad.

Can this Mastercard GC be loaded into AP or Serve?
