I see several las vegas places mentioned, but none of them are Mix at the top of THE Hotel at Mandalay Bay. It counts as both a restaurant (Alain Ducasse!!) and a bar/lounge/night club. Spectacular views the entire Las Vegas Strip.

Had dinner with msadey and junior (9 months old) this March. Food was fantastic (though I was a little disappointed with my steak - still very good but was expecting even better).
Staff were brilliant.
Views spectacular. If you do eat there, I recommend wandering around to the bar, perhaps for an aperitif....
