Well it's not a little. Last year, I bought 2 tickets.

YYZ-YUL-MCO
MCO-YYZ-YEG-YEG-YYZ-(MCO)

and I think the whole thing cost me $550 for 6100 status miles instead of $750 for 3300 miles. It was summer of 2011 when they had the summer e-upgrade program and I used 15 credits to upgrade the whole thing.
