There are two distinct fleets for UA's 753 aircraft.

The original CO build 757-325 aircraft (9 units fleet numbers 3851-3859) are non-ETOPS aircraft and the first one has been converted to DTV/E+ with 110V power in rows 1-21 (F & E+). It will probably take a while for the entire nine to be completed. These aircraft cannot fly to Hawaii.

The original ATA built 753-33N aircraft (12 units fleet numbers 3860-3871) are ETOPS certified, currently have overhead TVs every few rows and E+ and no power. I don't know if anyone has an idea of the eventual configuration of these aircraft as DTV doesn't work to Hawaii.

The 753 maps on United.com show an E+ and non-E+ configuration. I believe these are a bit off regarding power as the versions do not reflect those with and w/o DTV. In fact, looking at flight status of ETOPS, Non-ETOPS and the one unit with DTV, power is only available on the DTV aircraft and only in rows 1-21.
