I have no idea what the direct line is to the 'account specialist', but I did the same thing the OP did to get to one. I pretty much got the same spiel and the rep was pretty persistent about me keeping the card for just one more year. I didn't put much spend on mine, but they did offer me a 25% reduction on the annual fee. I kept declining and eventually got them to close out the account. At that point I didn't even want to bother asking about a no-fee card.
