Since no one seems to want to send me their account information so I can get to the bottom of this, all I can suggest is that if you are ever asked for your web log-in password, ask to speak to their supervisor. There is no reason for anyone to be asking you for your web log-in password for verification and if they make a mistake and do so, ask them to verify it some other way. They should then ask you to verify 5 things that only you should know about your account.
