Whats typically the meal lineup for this flight? I see that its Dinner/Breakfast. Why is breakfast served the flight arrives later in the day? If you're talking about NZ38, it departs LHR at 21:05 and arrives HKG at 16:10.
Most people would consider this to be a night flight and would be trying to get a "night's sleep". Therefore, I expect the meal on awakening would be more likely to be breakfast than any other meal. (I'll be on this flight in October.)
I can't give a definite answer about the snacks - in Y they are usually a small packet of savoury biscuits or nuts, handed out with the pre-dinner drinks.
