Thanks! For some reason, AMEX did reimburse today only taxes (3 charges * $37.20 - 3 tickets), and NOT booking fee (3*$75). Very strange, since the description for both transactions (taxes and booking fee) is the same - "SPECIAL SERVICE TICKET" and the only difference is add-on "reward fee" for charge for booking fee.

They may not be intended for reimbursement, but I've had them reimbursed on 2 different occasions. Once with CO in Sept. 2011, and once with UA in Jan. 2012. In both cases the award ticket fees were reimbursed in 2 or 3 days.
I got one reimbursed (automatically) last month. UA billed the taxes and the $75 separately; the taxes posted the day after the fee. Both were reimbursed less than a week later.
