Despite the huge difference, you can get away with a round trip within Europe on MP with 25000 (normally 50000) miles, whereas it is 30000 on M&M! Even if you don't get a saver at 25k and have to go with the 50k, the difference in miles awarded seems pretty shocking.

Did I make a mistake putting the bf on M&M? That's four flight segments done there which is a shame, but better to leave ship for a better *A now if needed... or am I missing something?

Thanks!
Most likely you did not get 150 but 125 miles and even more likely you would have gotten zero miles with bd because the cheapest Eco fares on LH and friends did not score any miles.

The BD forum is discussing Avianca LifeMiles as a replacement for Diamond Club.

Their chart looks OK in some places (and they both sell miles and don't have fuel surcharges).

Hope this helps.
You should add another IF. As long as you don't want to redeem on LH and you feel comfortable that certain other airlines do not get down the drain, other programmes can be better. Availability on LH for LH's customers is better and there.are as financially stable as an airline can be.
