Hi All,
On April 25 2012, I placed an order to transfer 49.5k Wyndham points to United Miles.
The total United Miles I was supposed to get was 19.8k.
To date, I have only received 12.8k United Miles. I am missing 7k United Miles.
May 21, 2012: I contacted the Wyndham Flyertalk rep about the missing 7k Miles and was told to expect the Miles by June 4
June 4, 2012: I contacted the Wyndham Flyertalk rep again and was told to expect the Miles by June 18.
June 19, 2012: I contacted the Wyndham FlyerTalk rep again was told to expect the Miles in 2 weeks.
July 11, 2012: I contacted the Wyndham FlyerTalk rep again and didn't get a reply.
I realized at this point that I need to make this issue more public in order to make Wyndham actually do something about it.
Please share with me your thoughts on what I should do.
