Applied for 2 MC on Jul 2nd after having received a Visa in February. Approved for both over the phone (Had frozen EX to avoid extra credit pulls but ended up using it) and confirmed the bonus details. It seems that the 2 browser thing is working really smoothly!
I was told the cards were mailed out on July 3rd so I'm expecting them tomorrow or on Monday.
