Standard on points, think that is what we got

How are the rooms?
This was recently renovated, small but lovely fittings and a fantastic bed.

How is the exec. lounge?
No access they wanted £95 each + VAT so we passed

What was your welcome gift?
Short bread biscuits

What was good and what was bad?

GOOD
Free Mini Bar and wifi on an award stay.The hotel staff were all fantastic and the hotel certainly has a very upmarket quality feel to it.We were given complementary drinks at the bar while waiting for the room.

BAD
Room was not ready at 3.45pm, room we were given was on first floor and looking at the floor plan was the smallest available despite being told it was an upgraded executive room.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points?
The rate for the basic room was £299 + Vat so outstanding use of points considering mini bar must have been another £100 at least.
