E-mail states ticket will be mailed. Agent says, "No".
Thanks in advance for your help. Have not traveled on Amtrak in about 25 years since I live in Florida.
Traveling NYP-BAL in a couple of weeks and made my reservation on-line. Confirmation e-mail indicates that paper ticket to be mailed. I called to confirm today and was told that paper tickets are not mailed if travel begins at NYP. Is this correct? Are e-tickets a possibility? If I do have to pick up my ticket from a machine, will it provide both parts of the round trip, or will I have to check-in again, in Baltimore?
