I agree was just there in May. Stayed at both MO and Wynn. Had stayed at Wynn several times before but wanted to give MO a try for a couple of days to compare.
Service at MO in my opinion was superior.
Rooms about the same MO modern Wynn traditional. While you will definately get more of a Vegas feel at Wynn , it depends on what you want. More relaxed atmosphere or gliz. At MO you really don't feel you are in Vegas.
I would recommend morning breakfast at the MO restaurant by the pool. Nice experience.
Lunch at Milos? at cosmopolitan a short walk away is also a treat and inexpensive with a $20 price fix per person...where dinner would cost you $200.
Just feel like at Wynn you are getting nickeled and dimed, while MO at least gives you coffee with your resort fee.
Workout room was superior also
