In NYC, this is the year of the rat no matter what the Chinese calendar says. With the 2nd Ave subway construction causing the rats to surface, it can only be worse.
The news two nights ago showed a piece on rats on the A and C by Columbus Circle. So where is their source that is causing them to surface?
The west side also is enduring a mosquito infestation by Riverside Park in the 80s.
