Did you have a Client Manager at Amex OPEN that you've been dealing with? They're able to do more than regular customer service reps, internally.

I would reach out to some higher ranking person at OPEN, since the business cards are more important to you.

I'd worry about personal cards later, since you have to continue running your business.

It sucks.
