Cabin crew don't interchange at all, most of the pilots don't, maintenance done separately, even some of the soft service amenities are different when they could be the same. So the only significance of this change is to executive pay and to financial transparency. It does nothing to fix the reasons that QF is not competitive with other airlines, or only flies to 1.5 cities in Europe
