I was booked EWR-CPH in August and CO has now cancelled the flight on the day I was due to travel.
Booked in Z on way out, and P on return. (1K, 3MM member).
Spoke to CO who offered to rebook me on the day before (when the flight is operating) but only if I paid the difference between the Z and C fare, as there was no availability in Z on the day before.
Is this reasonable?
(Solution in the end is still the day before, but on the SAS codeshare which means no credit toward 4MM of course and no flat bed.)
