Why are you not Gold YET. IAD-BKK depending on routing is aprx 20,000 miles R/T. You get a 50% bonus in EQM for buying full Y and you made the R/T twice

20K X 2 X 150% = 60,000 EQM (you should be Gold). We're you credited for all your flights
