Not really no. And why would you want to if you are already getting it about 80% cheaper?

Such people are proud professional people, many of which have ponied up the money to study dentistry in the USA, they run proper practices but just happen to be working in a more economical market.

My guess is that if you haggle you would come across as a bit cheap and cause a large slice of resentment
