Yes, I would imagine that there are not many people who
cannot sleep in Y but
can sleep in regular domestic F. If you can sleep sitting up, then F or Y won't make that much of a difference. If you
can't sleep sitting up, then F or Y won't make that much of a difference, either. But the p.s. J seat offers deep recline and a legrest, and so it's a different ballgame. That said, you're still not lying down, and so there are still people who can't sleep in them (I'm a little iffy in a standard recliner unless it has very deep recline with about 60" of pitch).
