After Mapleg mentioned the Japanese Whiskey, I started looking for it. I did find a 14 year Japanese scotch somewhere. I suspect it was in the Hong Kong Thai First lounge. (I can't find a picture of it and I remember "Self Serving" so it wasn't in Frankfurt or Bangkok. It was pretty good but not my favorite. (I'm not a Scotch drinker, I like Johnnie Blue as it's smooth)
I covered "Food" in the air as well as I could in this thread:
Food Report
But I didn't discuss "Drinks". Here's a few pictures I took of the "Bars" and menus along the way.
Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge (YVR International Departures)
Lufthansa First Class Lounge - Mini Self Serve bar in the Cigar Lounge (International Departures)
Humidor in the Cigar Lounge (It's locked and the Bartenders have the key. They are very generous)
Asiana First Class Lounge in Seoul

United First Class Lounge in Tokyo
Menus from Thai Royal First Class Lounge in Bangkok
Menu from Thai Royal Orchid Lounge in Hong Kong

I have the full drinks menu from the Lufthansa First Class Lounge in Frankfurt at work, I will post it ASAP; it's quite a read.
