Seeing much less Etihad award availability
Hello, I am fairly new to Flyertalk (great site!)
2-3 months ago, i've been able to search for Etihad availability with my frequent flyer account from Europe to Australia and many other places with awards being available about 80% of the time for 2 people, (mainly looking at summer to September, October). I am currently looking at the same months and I come to find much less availability I would even say somewhere of about 20% availability for 2 people. (my guess is that it is peak season but i've also checked sept and oct for flight that i'd like to book) Have any of you had the same experience or know of a reason why this has happened or if their are periods with Etihad where they take back award availability.
Your advise would be much appreciated.
