A little more specifically, there is no single room available the entire route from NYP to Clemson. The room available from NYP to Charlotte is booked from CLT south.
If you are going to book, do so quickly. There is only 1 roomette left NYP-CLT. From CLT south the sleepers are sold out. There is a date change so CLT-CSN is on Feb 19.
I'd book the coach ticket CLT-CSN and see if the sleeper attendant can work something out onboard. I've ended up in rooms other than booked due to onboard shuffling. FYI, the price is just $20 more if you were able to book all the way Clemson versus vacating the room in Charlotte.
