Really, some 7th graders might think of calling someone if they have a phone, but I think most would not during an incident - they were not in a frame of mind of being on the alert, they were on the bus with team mates and coaches.

I totally agree with the people above who said that the bus driver should not have let this guy on the coach, but rather have called in police if he deemed it unsafe to keep driving with what must have seemed like a lunatic driver around!
