It says 4 stops, but they only list 3: O'donnel, Cibeles and Atocha

From what i can make out, the Plaza de Cibeles stop is probably the closest to the Intercontinental.

Can anyone share any insight into the possibility of catching a cab easily from the bus stop to the IC at around 9:30pm on a weekend?
