I'm reminded of the time when Adam Clayton (of U2) was arrested in Ireland for pot, but the cops basically said that, as the second largest tax revenue source in Ireland (after Guinness), they couldn't afford to have him in jail. So he got off with a lecture and a big donation to a charity.
