DL does have exceptions for Military but you'll likely have to fax in proof (orders, etc.) to document the exception.
Special consideration will still be given for members within the following circumstances only:
1. Members in the military called to Active Duty (validation required)
2. Members with documented medical conditions that limited their ability to travel in 2011 (validation required)
