Recently stayed for a few nights, booking a Tower Executive Suite and 2 Tower rooms. Day of arrival, one of the Tower rooms was upgraded to a Tower Suite, but upon check-in, suite had been given away and I was given an upgrade to a Harbor View room.

The Exec Suite is pretty small with uncomfortable seating area. The Harbor View room feels more spacious - too bad the construction site next to InterCon is such an eyesore.

I love the thoughtfulness in the room -- fog-less mirror in bathroom, outlet by the bed above the night stand, complete bathroom amenities and very quick room service and housekeeping service.

My biggest problem with this hotel is the dreadfully SLOW WI-FI. Download speed was 0.05mbps. Connecting to Skype was even a problem. Management ought to really look into this. At this day and age, it is truly unacceptable.
