Sorry for ranting, but I just spent two hours on the phone with three different US agents and none of them were seeing the TG F awards which were showing up on the CO and AC websites and on the ANA tool. When all three websites show availability for vatious flights and the US agents claim to see nothing, something smells fishy...

Long story short... I´m done with US. Life is too short to deal with this kind of nuisance. I´ll rather spend an extra 10k-20k miles and deal with competent agents and do business with airlines that don´t block partner awards.
