On my several trips out to finally see a shuttle launch, I stayed at the La Quinta Inn Orlando Airport West. Very nice, comfortable rooms with great beds. They likely have some adjoining rooms, and are very near the Beeline Expressway with easy access to Cocoa Beach and the Space Center.
