Yes, it's going to become a 24hr cargo operation.

According to the report on CTV, it hasn't seen scheduled passengers flights for a couple of years, but traffic has been "strictly charters". OTOH, JF on rec.travel.air (I think) stated once that Mirabel had a greater increase in passengers than Dorval.
