Okay, I have diagnosed my particular issue and it was not a Safari issue. It appears that the site will display up to three pricing options for each property when a search is done. So when I do the search without logging in, I get the web revenue rate, the award rate, and the C&P rate (an actual rate if available and "not available" if the property is not participating or sold out of that room allotment.

When I log in, as the site only displays three pricing options, and I have a SET account, the three options I get are the revenue rate, my corporate rate and the award rate. The C&P rate drops off because it is replaced by my corporate rate as the third pricing option.

Sorry to mislead anyone, and my thanks to those of you who offered to trouble shoot this for me.
