I don't know, perhaps they are too busy looking forward to their holidays, but it seems pretty consistent with LH.
On my last FRA-BKK flight I was told that a milk liqueur that I asked for "didn't exist, there is no such thing, I'm from a wine-producing region of Germany and I've never heard of something like that".
I then pointed out that I had it on a recent flight and that it was in the MENU.
Then I was told that it "was not loaded".
Then another hour later a half-empty bottle of it was brought out.
This gave the impression that the FA didn't really know much about their menu or offerings.
