We had a friend who ran a hotel on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington. The barman was tired of people asking about ghost stories so he constructed a few. Brought in a ton of new/repeat business. They've been on at least two of "those ghost shows on tv". Employees were asked to add/play along however they wanted, including refuting everything.
