This is a fare offered to the public through mainstream travel sites. I don't see how they could deny boarding on the basis that it is a fare exclusively for travel agents. Such a restriction is not mentioned anywhere in the fare rules or the fine print on the booking website. I would go further and argue that the same train of thought applies for earning mileage credit.
I am pretty sure I saw it in the fare rules on Expedia....
